ORDERING PROCEDURE FOR CLUBS - SPORTS TEAMS

The ordering and payment procedures are as follows
You give us as much info. as possible ( e.g. kit design from the KT Clearance section of the web site and sizes etc.)
with a contact phone number. go to send us a message
We also need the invoice address and delivery address (if different)
We produce a pro forma invoice / quotation with an illustration of the kit.
iIf it’s all correct, just let us know.
You have three ways to pay choose from;
1) Banking on line bill payment with a 4% discount

When using this method , please use your invoice number for reference ( PF----------)
Please let us know if you use this method so we can confirm receipt.

2) By Paypal
Payment is made by me sending you a request for payment via Paypal. It will arrive at your e mail address.
You can either open a Paypal account or simply pay by a card.
Please let us know if you want to use this method. I will then organise the payment request from
Paypal to your e mail address.

3) By cheque
Payment can be made by cheque to our Salford address but this will incur a delay in processing your
order.
When paying by cheque please enclose a copy of your Pro forma Invoice
 

ORDERING PROCEDURE FOR SCHOOLS AND OTHER
GOVERNMENT BODIES

for Schools The ordering process is as follows;
Please give us as much info. as possible ( e.g. kit design from the KT Clearance section of the web site and sizes etc.) 
with a contact phone number.
We also need the invoice address and delivery address (Iif different) and your schools order number.
We send you a quotation / purchase order form (as a pdf file)  an illustration of the kit and all your details for you to print off.
if all is correct please fill in the order section at the foot of the page with your signature and order number, then  please fax
 your signed order back to us at 0161 743 1411 or post it to me at our address (shown on the order). Your  invoice is posted when
 the kit is dispatched form our factory.
