The ordering and payment procedures are as follows
You give me as much info. as possible ( e.g. kit design ref the web site www.kittraders.com and sizes etc.)
with a contact phone number.
We also need the invoice address and delivery address if different
We produce a pro forma invoice / quotation with an illustration of the kit.
If its all correct, just let us know.
You have three ways to pay choose from;
1) Bank on line bill payment

When using this method , please use your invoice number for reference ( PF----------)
Please let me know if you use this method so I can confirm receipt.

2) By Paypal
Payment is made by me sending you a request for payment via Paypal. It will arrive at your
e mail address. You can either open a Paypal account or simply pay by a card.
Please let me know if you want to use this method. I will then organise the payment request from
Paypal to your e mail address.

3) By cheque
Payment can be made by cheque to our Salford address but this will incur a delay in processing your
order.
When paying by cheque please enclose a copy of your Pro forma Invoice

ORDERING PROCEDURE FOR SCHOOLS AND OTHER
GOVERNMENT BODIES

(for Schools) The ordering process is as follows;
We offer a 30 day payment sales ledger.
If you haven't already done so, please give me as much info. as possible ( e.g. kit design ref the web site www.kittraders.com and
 sizes etc.) with a contact phone number. We also need the invoice address and delivery address if different and your schools order number.
We send you a quotation / purchase order form (as a pdf file)  an illustration of the kit and all your details  for you to print off.
If all is correct please fill in the order section at the foot of the page with your signature and order number. At this point please fax
 your signed order back to me at 0161 743 1411 or post it to me at our address (shown on the order). Your  invoice is posted when
 the kit is dispatched form our factory.

It would be helpful to let me know that you are progressing the order by letting me know by e-mail
